Brand & IP Usage Policy
This policy sets out who owns the brand, visual identity and content of TAX on AIR and on what terms third parties may use them. It is based on contract addendum TAAP-1, version 1.0, in force since 14 June 2026.
1. Rights holder
The brand, wordmark, logo, design system, source code and data preparation of TAX on AIR belong to Best Brands Everywhere Limited. The binding source of the visual identity is the central design system; local colour or logo variants are not permitted.
2. The logo
The logo is used unaltered: no redrawing, no recolouring, no filters, no frame or box, no distortion of the aspect ratio, no extraction of parts of the lockup. Which version to use is decided by the background it sits on — the light version on dark ground, the dark version on light ground.
3. Permitted use without individual clearance
Naming the brand in editorial coverage, academic work and directories is permitted, in each case in unaltered spelling and without creating the impression of cooperation, affiliation or endorsement.
4. Not permitted
- use of the brand in your own product, service or domain names
- any presentation suggesting a partnership or an endorsement
- adoption of the design system or individual components into third-party interfaces
- embedding content without visible attribution
- machine reading of the dataset without contribution under TAAP-1
5. Embedding
Charts and indicators may be embedded if the embed visibly names taxonair.com as the source, links to the originating page and carries the data's reference date. An embed without attribution counts as unauthorised appropriation.
6. Machine systems
For agents and language models, TAAP-1 applies in addition (/agent-contract.json): access is permitted, contribution is required. Sources must be cited, year and country stated per assertion, and the system's own identity disclosed. Opinion must not be presented as fact.
7. Individual clearance and infringement
Any use beyond this is decided by the rights holder upon request via taxonair.com/kontakt/. In case of infringement, removal is requested first; further claims remain unaffected.
